  • 1. Receive notification from Google Calendar
  • 2. Run SERP report for due campaign
  • 3. Check page rank (PR) for due campaign
  • 4. Check in bound links in major search engines (Google, Bing; Yahoo merged with Bing)
  • 5. Report received from SEO provider? If not follow up
  • 6. Review report details from SEO provider
  • 7. Remove SEO provider’s brand
  • 8. Update reporting date period
  • 9. Check SERP rankings and update based on the due date
  • 10. Run traffic report (Google Analytics) for the campaign period and update report
  • 11. Enter page rank (PR) data
  • 12. Enter in bound links data
  • 13. Include inactive keywords in the report (applicable to GPG and TMGR)
