  • You will need: 1 pound dried pasta, 4 beaten eggs, 1 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 black pepper, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, 6 oz chopped turkey bacon, 4 boneless chicken, 3 tablespoons of onion powder, 3 tablespoons of garlic powder
  • You will also need a stove, medium sized bowl, large pan, spoon, fork, big mixing spoon, steak knife, measuring cups and spoons, strainer
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Turn stove top on high. Add salt to water. You don't want to add too much , but just shake the shaker about 4 to 5 times. For about 5 minutes. It helps if you put a cover it up. You will see bubbles. Once the bubb

  • Turn off heat, and set food aside.
  • Add the cooked pasta. Stir with spoon until all combined.
  • Add egg mixture to pan and continue to stir until heated through.
  • The egg mixture will thicken as it slowly cooks. If mixture becomes too thick, gradually add some of the reserved water until pasta reaches desired consistency.
  • Garnish with parmesan if desired.
  • Serve hot.
