  Option A: Planking

  There are two methods of planking, the first is gap planking
- 
  
  
  
  
  
  To gap plank, find something like a stairwell or walkway with handrails. 
- 
  
  
  
  
  
  Bend over
- 
  
  
  
  
  
  Lift one foot onto one of the handrails
- 
  
  
  
  
  
  put your hands on the opposite side and hold on keeping your chest pointing towards the ground
- 
  
  
  
  
  
  lift your other foot onto the side that the first one is on
- 
  
  
  
  
  
  Straighten your back and legs
- 
  
  
  
  
  
  Gently lower your body so that your chest rests on the side your hands are on
- 
  
  
  
  
  
  If the gap is too wide, find another
- 
  
  
  
  
  
  Keep straight, like a plank
- 
  
  
  
  
  
  For the second method, find a rise such as a table or large rock
- 
  
  
  
  
  
  climb up on the rise
- 
  
  
  
  
  
  lay face down on the object so that only your pelvis is making contact

  Option B: Batmanning
- 
  
  
  
  
  
  Find a legde or wall slightly taller than you are
- 
  
  
  
  
  
  get on all fours facing away from the wall
- 
  
  
  
  
  
  back your feet up and slowly walk backwards up the wall with your hands still planted on the ground
- 
  
  
  
  
  
  Use your arms to boost yourself up
- 
  
  
  
  
  
  Hook your feet onto the edge
- 
  
  
  
  
  
  Stay stiff against the wall
- 
  
  
  
  
  
  Put your arms at your sides
- 
  
  
  
  
  
  Start going "nana nana nana nana nana nana nana nana"

  Option C: Freezeframe
- 
  
  
  
  
  
  Stand near a group of small children
- 
  
  
  
  
  
  Start to take a step and stop halfway through
- 
  
  
  
  
  
  Don't move a muscle and don't speak

  Make sure your eyes aren't moving
- 
  
  
  
  
  
  Wait for them to think you're frozen as if time has stopped

  When they run away, laugh

- 
  
  
  
  
  
  after stopping halfway through, call over to them without moving your head or body
- 
  
  
  
  
  
  Say "Help, I can't move, I think I'm frozen"

  Keep a look of dismay on your face

  When they run off for help watch and laugh
