To Do (9 left)

  • Fruits: light/dry ones like apples, pears, apricots. Reduce oranges and mangoes. NO avocado or bananas for you.
  • honey as sweetener 1-2 tablespoons
  • liquid diet once a week: Veggie puree soups and veggie/fruit juices
  • all beans except tofu, which should be moderate
  • green, leafy veg. all vegetables are recommended but reduce consumption of sweet and juicy vegetables such as sweet potatoes, tomatoes, and zucchini
  • all spices except salt. use pepper and ginger often
  • reduce intake of all nuts and seeds. Favor pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
  • Favor barley, corn, millet, buckwheat, rye. Reduce intake of oats, rice, and wheat.
  • meats: white meat and fish, but reduce red meat and shellfish
