  • Week One
  • clean all air returns and diffusers in the restaurant
  • detail all the wheels on the hennys/fryers, breading table and C-VAP
  • detail clean all of the following: walls behind thaw cabinet, walls and floor of cage, mop sink walls, breakroom and walls/door of the office
  • detail clean lemonade machine
  • detail clean all stainless steel hoods
  • WEEK TWO
  • clean all lighting fixtures in the restaurant
  • detail clean the following on boards: inside breading table, exterior of fry station, bread rack, C-VAP inside walls, and shelf rails, ovens (boards and kitchen), and char machine
  • detail and clean all chair booths, legs and cushions
  • clean and sanitize all menu board - FC and DT boards as well
  • clean and detail ice machine
  • WEEK THREE
  • clean ceiling tiles in kitchen, boards, and FC/DT area
  • detail clean the following on boards: chute system and support stand, warmer drawers and rails, inside fridge/freezer, label holders and monitors
  • detail walls in both restrooms
  • detail clean ice bins on FC and DT
  • WEEK FOUR
  • clean trash cans and black gasket rings to all cup holders
  • clean dry good shelving and hanging storage racks
