  •  FOLD OUT TABLE/S
  • LARGE SHEET/S: To be used as part of a large Backdrop with various t-shirts pinned to it. If anyone had a spare sheet they didn't mind donating to have the CCF logo stencilled unto it to use as a banner. I can stencil it unless someone else wants to give
  • LOTS OF SAFETY PINS
  • RD T-SHIRTS, CANVAS BAGS, BADGES, FLAGS: And lots of em. I think it'd look great to have a large collage of national and international team logos we've played, seen play with the CCF Jerseys old and new in the middle. Ref jerseys, NSO pink tops, old Natio
  • BOUT PROGRAMMES, RD MAGAZINES, BOOKS, DVDS: to be displayed on the tables for the publics perusal. All items will be clearly labeled 'Property of CCF and owners initials.
  • MEDIA AND NEWS PAPER CLIPPINGS, PHOTOS:
  • PIN NOTICE BOARDS: For display.
  • MERCHANDISE: Would it be a good idea to try and sell some merch?
  • DONATION BOX: Again I don't mind but mind be a good to have a donation box on the stall, chance our arm. I'll see what the CN crowd say.
  • SKATES: Probably best to only have one of each size, Riedell R3s would be great but might to nice to show off some higher end skates too. I can pick up skates the Thursday training session the night before and return either after the event or at the Sunda
  • HELMETS: A selection of Small, Medium and Large.
  • ELBOW, KNEE, WRISTS PADS: A selection of Small, Medium and Large.
  • MOUTHGUARDS: I'm not suggesting we let people try our mouth guards but anyone choosing to skate on the night should be wearing the full gear and have mouth guards on stand by to display the full glorious look.
  • BUNTING AND OTHER DECORATIONS?
  • RULE BOOKS AND ANYTHING THAT'S EXPLAINS DERBY??
  • A LAPTOP OR SOME DEVICE TO DISPLAY BOUTS?? I'm not pushed about this to be but if anyone had an idea how we could display bout handily let us know.
  • SKATERS AND NS VOLUNTEERS:

  • BEST JAMMER, BLOCKER, MVP PRIZES: To Display.
  • RAIN COVER: I have a large gazebo but that might be tad too hardcore depending on if we get permission to set up a proper stand or winging it ;)
  • LARGE SUITCASE/ TROLLEY: I have two small suitcases to stores things for now but some decent large storage for all our stuff maybe good.
  • FLIERS: We need lots of fliers folks so if you can print some please do.
  • PERMISSION: This is all rather ambitious if we not even allowed by the Culture Night who I plan to contact them first thing Monday. I'm not too worried I'm sure we'll be able to set up somewhere no problem.
  • DRILLS AND DEMOS: Again this really depends on if Culture Night give us permission but IF AND IF we managed to get a decent place to set up and the weather ain't shite we could do a simple drill demo for half an hour led by one our coaches? I'm just throw
