  • Eliminate artificial sweeteners: Splenda & aspartame yuck.
  • Try a new vegetable
  • Eliminate aluminum. Opt for aluminum free deodorant or try wiping underarms with rubbing alcohol
  • Drink organic wines

  • BPA-free. Culprits: plastic bottles, and canned goods.
  • Don't put plastic containers in the microwave (better yet toss the micro)
  • Take a reputable multivitamin such as ALIVE, not Centrum
  • Buy nitrate/nitrite free meats, lunchmeat, bacon, sausage
  • Eat wild caught fish, avoid farmed fish
  • Eat a fermented foods for digestion: Kombucha, kefir, sauerkraut, tempeh & miso
  • Replace soda with club soda & liquid flavored stevia.
