  • Mourn Alex's terrible decision to sleep
  • Get over it because he sucks
  • Talk to some fellow sensible bedtimers e.g. Mira etc
  • Read some H.P. Lovecraft
  • Read some H.P. Lovecraft
  • Watch an episode of Breaking Bad
  • Get influenced by it and wonder how much could be made from crystal meth sales
  • Realise I don't know shit about chemistry and abandon the idea
  • Remember why I don't know shit about chemistry and that is because chemistry is shit
  • Be reminded that I've taken the correct path in life in doing languages
  • Bathe in self-obsessed satisfaction
  • Continue to do so
  • Watch some more Breaking Bad
  • See the clock and realise it's 2am
  • "Eh, I've got time for another episode"
