Baby June: Shopping List (47 items)

  •  Newborn Clothes: Onesies with legs or those ones that are like pillow-cases at the bottom (both warm outer-layer and indoor too)
  • Newborn Clothes: Pants with feet (preferably solid colors)
  • 0-3 Month Clothes: A cute, warm, onsie for summer evening breezes (we've got everything else!)
  • 3-9 Month Clothes: Everything (except a warm onsie... got that covered)
  • Baby Clothes: Newborn sun hat; Newborn socks
  • Baby Clothes: Dresses :-)
  • Infant car seat: Chicco Nextfit Convertible Car Seat (grandma and grandpa Arp have called dibs on this)
  • Changing table pad and sheet (might be able to make one with a foam pad?)
  • Diapers: Eco-friendly disposables, all sizes
  • Diapers: Cloth of all sizes
  • Diapers: Cloth diaper sprayer and bucket... check out Portland company's "THE POTTY PAIL™ Complete System at http://www.pottypail.com/diaper-sprayer.php (If we find time, we could try to make this set-up ourselves, too)
  • Diapers: Use Tidee Didee service for first few months. We're registered there under Sarah & William Arp-Howard: http://www.tideedidee.com/services.htm Call 503-777-3871 in early May to activate.
  • Diapers: Cloth Diaper Outer-Covers (Need a few more for newborn.)
  • Diaper cream
  • Wet wipes
  • Diaper bag and travel changing pad (mom made us these!)
  • Nursing pillow
  • Nursing bra (recommendations?)
  • Nursing screen (got one as a hand-me-down)
  • Burpee cloths / A dozen cloth diapers
  • Bottle cleaning brush
  • Bottles and nipples (Kaiser says to get 6?)
  • Breast pump (borrowing from John???)
  • Baby soap / mild soap
  • Baby bathtub insert-thing
  • A dozen washcloths (we have none, actually!)
  • Baby nail clippers (use glass file)
  • Pacifiers (natural, non-toxic, etc.)
  • Baby monitor (One with video... get used?)
  • Swaddling blankets
  • Baby hammock/swing? The kind that hangs from the doorway.
  • Crib (getting the old one from mom and dad @ 3 mo. or so... borrwing bassinet from neighbors for now!)
  • Warm blankets
  • Bubba (got #1 & #2 in the bassinet already!)
  • A couple waterproof mattress pads (crib and/or bassinet size)
  • Mild laundry detergent
  • High chair (bought a used one)
  • Rocking chair (got great-grandma Harrison's to use!)
  • Baby Carrier: sling (Jilly's making one!)
  • Baby carrier: hiker
  • Stroller (borrowing from Ingrid?)
  • Dresser (for all of this stuff! borrow from Grammy Howard?)
  • Get the Subaru professionally deep-cleaned
  • Dog Silencer Pro (http://www.ultimatebarkcontrol.com/ ...makes a sound to train Buddster from waking and starling Junie by his barking)
  • Come early May: make and freeze a bunch of food
  • Groomer visit for Buddy Boy...
  • Plastic storage bins for under beds
