  •  Product optimization: make product exactly the same as last week.
  • Update Summary of Protocepts (accessible by uLearn): any changes made during production.
  • Get JWU#'s as needed for all forms: There should be a document on Joy's computer where I logged all of that info last week.
  • Interim assembly for Sour Mix: remake and record weights so we can write up a cost sheet and accurate form for Sour Mix
  • Perform Usage/Performance Test: instructions typed up by Sun last week.
  • Record results of Usage/Performance Test: in results table that Sun typed up last week as well. Make any necessary revisions to the Results Table.
  • Write up Usage Instructions for the product packaging: follow instructions in How to Write a Lab Report.
  • Write up Instrument Test instructions and results: follow instructions in How to Write a Lab Report.
  • Product photography.
  • Develop a triangle test for week 10.
  • Edit/Revise concept board for week 10.
  • Research food regulations that pertain to our product for week 10.
  • Create a nutrition label on ESHA Genesis for week 10.
  • Write up a description of the scale-up process for our product and pick a co-packer who will package our product.
