  •  Activate Administrator Account and Set Password
  • Add Machine to Domain
  • Set Power Settings to High, No Sleep
  • Remove Windows Features (windows dvd maker, wmc, windows fax and scan, tablet pc components, windows gadget platform, xps services)
  • Remove Bloatware
  • Downgrade IE to version 8
  • Run windows update
  • Install McAfee from \\cchcitconsole\nai_repo
  • Install SPI by copying SPI7Install from \\spisql\SPIWIN to root of C: Drive and renaming the folder to SPIORANGE_SP1
  • Install Visio Viewer from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35811
  • Install Access Database Engine from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=39358
  • Install Adobe Reader from http://get.adobe.com/reader/
  • Install Adobe Flash from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
  • Install Java from http://www.java.com/en/download/ie_manual.jsp?locale=en
  • Run "netsh advfirewall firewall set rule name="File and Printer Sharing (Echo Request - ICMPv4-In)" new enable=yes" in elevated command prompt
  • Run "gpupdate" in elevated command prompt
  • Set bios configuration per SOP
