  •  Wall tear down (owner)
  • Run audio and electric lines for TV and audio
  • Run audio lines, electric lines for outlet and dedicated line for fireplace (owner)
  • Gas line installed (Mickey)
  • Reinsulate wall
  • Install fireplace appliance and vent
  • Framing the chase (8' x 5' x 20.5" with fireplace 3" off floor)
  • Installing the inside components; back brick, burner, lights, logs
  • Running and testing the unit; burn off vapors (started)
  • Wire outlet for electric and audio to front of chase (owner)
  • Open building inspection (to be scheduled by owner as soon as front electric outlet box is wired)
  • Shimmy fireplace unit so it is vertically level; current angled out on top about 1/4 - 1/2" (Andrew will do when he comes to sheetrock)
  • Install the upgrade kit. Install the arched grill and lower grill (French Country Arch) - on order
  • Sheetrock the frame, corner bead two outside and 2 inside edges with Finish coats, and prime (no floor or top molding needed)
  • Final building inspection

  • Replace vinyl siding panel underneath external vent grill (owner)
