  • Cleaning material with expiration in the next 60days should be pulled out
  • Turn on lights necessary for sales floor preparation
  • Cleaning of the cupcakes display cabinet
  • Cleaning of the floor/dusting shop
  • Cleaning of all the shelves and surfaces
  • Check display of all the prices/policy at the cash register
  • Spray the store after cleaning
  • Check for insects and flies before displaying the cupcakes
  • Cover all the food items in the shop
  • Check the pricing of all the items on the shop
  • Make sure the tongs and gloves are in the cupcake cabinet
  • Place the chemical in designated area after cleaning
  • Open safe, remove cash register tills
  • Set up cash registers for opening cashiers
  • Start creating a daily task list
  • Assign cleaning/restocking/merchandising duties.
  • Prepare lunch and break schedules.
  • Check e-mail and respond as needed
  • Make adjustments to the schedule if necessary
