  • Determine bread usage per week.
  • Multiply by 4 for monthly usage.
  • Start calculations: 1 lb wheat berries = 3 cups of flour
  • Order wheat berries, SAF yeast, and other products from BNF or Azure
  • Contact Wendy's Fresh Mills to purchase your mill!
  • Schedule a morning coffee get-together and Wendy will demonstrate the mill for you and your friends!
