  •  Added the ability to see social media share count and analyze data on /gination with Share This: http://www.sharethis.com/get-sharing-tools/
  • Added the ability to see related posts in /gination as requested by Vlad.
  • Added Authorize.net Merchant Seal to checkout as requested by Tim. http://www.authorize.net/solutions/merchantsolutions/onlinemerchantaccount/seal/
  • Added SEO to entire -official.com website using Yoast SEO: https://yoast.com/ as requested by Justin and Craig.
  • Successfully ported -ironfilm.com and add-on domains to a new VPS server on GoDaddy to stop 503 errors showing up from server over load. Consulted with Tim and got approval from Vlad first.
  • Re-wrote and optimized the majority of the code to make /gination blog run and look as desired.
  • Changed Twitter feed to a more presentable version at bottom of /gination
  • Removed responsiveness from /gination as requested by team.
  • Moved blog from /blogs to /gination as requested by team.
  • Used crisper images from Felix to enhance look of side menu in /gination
  • Began research on competitors and references: TheDeadline.com MuscularDevelopment.com FlexMagazine.com BodyBuilding.com for social network that I will be building as discussed with Edwin and Vlad.

  • Consult with Vlad and Tim on changes to After Effects intro purchased from http://videohive.net/item/iron-letters/6341589
  • Add caching and file compression to website to make faster. Possibly add CDN (content delivery network)
  • Begin discussion on social network creation goals. I went through the following systems: Oxwall, Wall.fm, Boonex Dolphin, Ning, SocialEngine, ocPortal, Elgg & Pligg. I suggest using Boonex Dolphin as it has the most features at the best price.
  • Discuss ways to immediately profit from social network such as paid content, Google Adwords, pay for advertising and selling social network once it's reached a certain level.
  • Note: why isn't everyone wearing a Generation Iron t-shirt? Would be nice to have a common "uniform" that others can notice and recognize as the brand.
