  •  Send Membership Application Form
  • List the applicant's name in Zoho and excel "Aspiring Members"
  • Create folder for the applicant under "For Approval"
  • Received documents from the applicant and forward it to board for approval
  • Send to BOARD for approval
  • Once approved, send SOA and duties and responsibilities doc using "Approved Membership" template
  • Once PAID send Welcome Letter
  • Add to Cpanel and Mailchimp
  • Send to BOARD for approval
