  •  Get all of the warp portals built and hooked up to the mines
  • Configure the chat settings via essentials
  • Get the groups/perms set up via PermissionsEx
  • Set up warps at every mine
  • Install and configure the Prison 2 plugin
  • Set up all of the mines with the Prison 2 plugin
  • Figure out the pricing for each rank up
  • Set up the World Guard to protect spawn
