  •  Fix header tank in attic since leak.
  • Replace Flood light on wall oposite disabled bay. Replace bulbs with LED on all blown spot lights.
  • Re decorate and repair ceiling behind bar
  • Fix Smoking but bins to walls on balcony's. (RH has ordered)
  • Install white cladding and secure down the network cables down the left side of the Bar/Dog TV.
  • Tidy up cables around the TV's with white cladding
  • Handles and lock on the balcony cupboard doors need securing
  • Door to the clock house cupboard needs a lock, or replace the door?
  • Lock on the gents toilets needs looking at
  • Light bulb behind bar in main bar needs changing as it blew out last night.
  • Light on main stairs fix / replace?
  • Check lights on clock. Suspect cladding team have incorrectly wired sensor. You could check by removing and powering power supply to driver directly bypassing the light sensor
  • Re tie the banners on the side of the drive entrance and club house. Lydia has a new Sky Sports one to hang
  • Gutters at the front of the club house need clearing.
  • Fire door at top of main stairs needs hinge sorting

  • Kitchen Door needs looking at
  • Repair scruffs bar door after breakin
  • fix door stops to toilets
