  • Remember that everything will be okay. It may not feel like this now, but you are doing just fine. :)
  • I'm here for you, it's okay. :)
  • You will be fine. I promise, it will be over soon. Take all the time you need. There is no rush.
  • If you're feeling nauseous, it will pass. Let it all out if needed, it's okay. This too, shall pass.
  • You are not alone in this. Your feelings are valid, and everyone deals with it some way or another.
  • Use Pacifica to journal your feelings and talk to others if you need to. Use the deep breathing to help relax. It's okay if it's hard to breathe. You're making great progress!

  • Use the heating pad and focus on the heat and how it relaxes your muscles.
  • Take a hot bath and/or meditate. Practice mindfulness. You are strong, you are in one piece, and you will get better, no matter how long it lasts.

  • Hug a stuffed animal or your dog/cat. Squeeze if needed! :)
  • Find positivity in your situation. It will work out, I promise! :) Even if it's just coming home after you're done with whatever you needed to do, it's always good to think positively even when it's hard to.
  • Embrace good sensations such as the cool, misty air of a humidifier, the softness of your pillow, or the warmth a blanket can bring.
  • Remember that it takes time and patience - you are capable of this! You will be happy!
